Adaku Ufere is an award-winning international Energy, Gender & Development Attorney, with extensive experience leading multicultural and multilingual teams in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of billion-dollar oil & gas, power, gender, mining, infrastructure and energy policy projects in Africa.
She is currently the Acting Chief of Party of the USAID & Power Africa West Africa Energy Program in Accra, Ghana, advancing energy policy, regulatory reform and accelerating investment, to increase power generation and access to electricity throughout West Africa
Her previous professional experience includes Founder DAX Consult in Ghana, Head of the Energy Practice of Centurion Law Group in Equatorial Guinea, and with General Electric as Legal Counsel GE Oil & Gas in Nigeria.
Adaku sits on the Board of JBW Limited, an energy and tech solutions company and is a Legal Advisor to Stand to End Rape Initiative, a youth-led non-profit providing legal, financial and rehabilitation services to victims of gender-based violence. She is also a Member of the Ghana National Committee of The International Lawyers for Africa, providing secondment opportunities in international law firms for African lawyers.

Anna Ekeledo is the Executive Director of AfriLabs – a Network Organisation of 268 Technology Innovation Hubs spread across 49 African Countries; leading AfriLabs to develop programmes and building partnerships that support African Innovation Hubs and other stakeholders raise high potential entrepreneurs that stimulates economic growth and social development in Africa.
Anna is an International Speaker, Trainer, Innovation Ecosystem Builder and Mentor. She is also an Advisor; amongst several advisory roles; a member of the Advisory Board at African Europe Innovation Partnership, an initiative supported by the European Commission, she also chairs the Working Party on AfCFTA Negotiations, eCommerce Forum Africa (EFA) and is a mentor on Google Launchpad Accelerator Africa for Entrepreneurs.
She is the Regional Innovation Lead Africa, at the EdTech Hub – the world’s largest education technology research and innovation project which seeks to drive research and adoption of evidence based education technology in developing countries supported by the World Bank, FCDO and Bill & Melinda Gates.
Prior to joining AfriLabs, Anna was involved in pioneering various impact driven projects and new business units with organisations such as the Visiola Foundation, Wild Fusion Digital Centre, Google, Lagos Business School – Nigeria and Ingenico – a French global financial technology company.
Anna is a member of the Africa-Europe Foundation Digital Strategy Task Force, she is also engaged at a High-Level Policy Dialogue on Science, Technology and Innovation working group AU-EU Science, Technology and Innovation (STI)
Anna has a first class degree in Psychology from Covenant University, Nigeria and an M.Sc. International Marketing Management from Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds, UK.

Harry ‘Tomi Davies (TD) is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Greentec Capital Partners, Frankfurt, Germany a venture building firm specialising in Africa. He is also “Collaborator-in-Chief” at TVC Labs an entrepreneurship support organisation in Lagos, Nigeria.
TD is co-founder of the Lagos Angel Network (LAN), Chairman of the Diaspora Angels Network (DAN) and ccHub Syndicate, founding President of the African Business Angel Network (ABAN) and board member of the Global Business Angel Network (GBAN).
After graduating from the University of Miami, TD led innovative technology-led transformation initiatives for influential global brands Elf Aquitaine, Marks & Spencer, Ernst & Young and Sapient across Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia.
In 2000, his focus shifted to Africa where he led various innovation initiatives using his goal-oriented approach to project delivery which inspired his 2014 book “The African Project Manager”.
