Education Specialist, UNICEF
Currently holding her position as Education Specialist of the UNICEF Equatorial Guinea Office since July 2022, leading the education portfolio of the country office with a focus on issues related to access, quality and belonging to education and learning for the boys, girls and adolescents.
Graduated in Special Education from the University of Costa Rica with a master’s degree in Education for Peace from the United Nations University for Peace, she has experience working with the UNICEF Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as with UNICEF in Costa Rica on the topics of education and inclusion, early childhood, digital education, distance education, skills development, as well as learning assessments.
